The views and location kind of made up for the grottiness of the old home and lack of maintenance. Great for a party gro Positive: Beautiful views, close to some cute cafes, shops and restaurants. Could fit a decent amount of people, living room was beautiful. Would be a great party house for young people. Negative: Deck was broken, with screws sticking out and boards lifting up. Floors were filthy, socks were black. It’s a pretty old house, and it’s shows. There was lots of fluff near the vents on the floor, and the doona cover and pillow cases in one of the rooms were a bit dirty. The property was not well maintained or neat. Smelled cigarette smoke wafting up not long after we checked in. Cupboards were full of old food and last people’s bits and pieces.
